Ibiza aims for quality tourism rather than quantity

One of the strategic aims of Ibiza´s Council for the promotion of the island is “quality tourism”. The culinary options, the charms of the landscape and the culture, the sport, and the commodities like “wellness” are the main features regarding the promotion of the island.  During the World Travel Market fair in London, the platform “Ibiza is Wellness” was presented, whose goal is to promote the island as a quality touristic destination with regard to a healthy life-style and well-being.

Ibiza is exemplary for being a destination with this lifestyle, thanks to its privileged natural surroundings, with a climate allowing you to enjoy the island any day of the year, and a large number of businesses that offer these services.

Furthermore, they have stake in the growth of this type of tourism out of peak season, in an economical activity throughout the whole year, and thus, job positions.
