Culinary events in Ibiza not to be missed

Partaking of the gastronomy on offer in Ibiza remains a rewarding experience at any time of the year. This includes winter: a time when several events are celebrated with good food and which last for weeks or months.

Restaurat, which takes place in December each year, is one such event, as is Jornadas Gastronómicas de Primavera (Gastronomic Days of Spring). Both take place over two months and feature well-known restaurants from around the island where you can taste delicious menus with local ingredients at a good price.

If you love discovering new tapas and pinchos, the months of March and April might just become your favourite time of year in Ibiza. This is when more than 35 restaurants offer their best tapas and pinchos at a reduced price, in an event known as Pintxa Sant Antoni.
